Delicious Flavors

Really down home place with some good southern fixins. From fried green tomatoes to okra chicken fried steak salads and burgers. Their fries are delicious. Good crunch hand battered not greasy!?

They dinning area was clean. Wait person was friendly. However she only come by the table when it was time to go. The food was good but don't order the tea taste like it had been sitting there a while

This is a great place for comfort food/homestyle cooking. It’s clean and is decked out with Texas decor - I dig that. The service was a little slow getting started with the menus and drink orders, but then things picked up. Grilled chicken breast was really good and not dry. The bacon cheeseburger was good but they charge extra for the cheese (.59) and the bacon ($1.49). The fries were good at first, but the more I ate, the more they started to taste like catfish. I suspect they’re fried in the same oil as the catfish. I’m sure this is the norm at most places, but you could really taste it here. Despite the issue with the fries, I’m keeping this one on my “go to” list. The rest of the menu looks so good! Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out of.

The BEST! Love the small hometown feel of the place, and the food is to die for! The catfish plate is so good! The filets are huge, and the batter is crispy but thin, so you get the best of both worlds ???? and the homemade bread is amazing! All the servers and staff are excellent, Jessica is our favorite! And the desserts!!! ???? They catch your eye when you walk in. So happy to see them open and thriving. It’s become our date night go to place.. thanks again for the chocolate cake Jessica!❤️

Have eaten here a couple of times now and found the food to be absolutely dowm home cooking. The servers are very friendly and polite I definitely will be returning. Their cakes and pies look awesome and will surely have a taste next time.

If you've not already checked out this gem in Marion, then you are missing out on one of the best little home-style cooking eating establishments in the San Antonio area. We started off our meal with some onion rings that were cooked to crispy perfection, and then I had the chicken fried chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes. My wife had the cheeseburger and French fries. While the meal was absolutely delicious, the desserts stole the show. We ordered the blueberry fluff and the mandarin pie. Both were very tasty, but the mandarin pie was divine! Our server was also very friendly and attentive! We will DEFINITELY be returning to enjoy more from Gg's!

Wonderful food. Wonderful atmosphere. Remember to ask for bread with your meal if you want it. They do not automatically bring it to you anymore.

We went there for the first time today (Saturday) and throughly enjoyed our Meals and the Service. We live in Columbus, TX and we plan on coming back next week. Worth the Trip. Variety of Food options and scrumptious Desserts. Reasonable prices.

Meatloaf special was very good and a huge portion! Wife had the grilled chicken with green beans and okra and it was very good also. Took a slice of the chocolate cake home for later and it was very moist! Super friendly wait staff and reasonable prices too!
